Location: Waltham Forest (E10 6EJ) 

Job description: 

The OFSTED outstanding school is currently looking for an experienced KS1 primary TA to join an experienced and supportive teaching team for the academic year September 2022. 3 form entry primary school in Waltham Forest. The role will be to support a year 2 class. Additionally, you may be required to support pupils outside the classroom in 1:1s or focus group.

  • Full time role (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm)
  • KS1 TA 
  • As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include supervising activities in the classroom and supporting pupils who need learning support. You will also be required to assist the teacher with administrative duties such as photocopying and marking.

To be eligible for this role:

  •  You must have a valid in date DBS 
  •  Right to work in the UK
  •  Relevant experience supporting children including youth workers, support workers or tutors will be taken into consideration
  •  Be able to provide two professional or relevant educational references within the last three years.
