The Ideal Teacher Will:

• Hold UK QTS
• Have experience teaching EYFS or KS1, ideally Year 1
• Be confident delivering phonics and early reading
• Create engaging, creative lessons that spark curiosity
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Bring positivity, warmth, and energy to the classroom
