Protocol Education are working closely with a Primary School in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, who require a Year 1 Primary Teacher to join their team for a maternity cover. The Year 1 Primary Teacher will be required to work full-time (Monday to Friday) for 1.5 terms (September 2016 - February 2017).
We are looking for a Primary Teacher who is able to plan, prepare and deliver high quality, engaging and creative lessons for children in Year 1. Sound knowledge of the Key Stage 1 Nation al Curriculum is essential.

Protocol Education and our Primary School client are accepting applications from all teachers, including NQTs. The minimum requirements are as follows:
- QTS Qualification or NQT, preferably with Induction year complete.
- 2 teaching references covering a minimum period of 2 years. Mentor reference for NQTs.
- Prior experience of teaching within Key Stage 1.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Good organisational skills with high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
- Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and pupils.
- Good classroom management skills.
