Job description
Are you looking for a new challenge for September? Would you like to work in a supportive school with great career prospects? Are you an experienced Year 1 teacher? If yes, this could be the role for you.

Protocol Education is currently working with a Catholic primary school in the London borough of Barking & Dagenham, looking for an outstanding teacher to teach Year 1 in September.

The position is at a lovely Catholic school in Dagenham, rated good by Ofsted. Pupils are taught Christian values in an environment that reflects the range of their cultural backgrounds. Pupils personal development is outstanding as a result of the excellent care, guidance and support they receive.

The school are looking for a passionate and creative teacher who has experience teaching Year 1. You must be enthusiastic and highly motivated and will be expected to make a significant contribution to the school. You must have high expectations of your class and have excellent behaviour management techniques. Team work is crucial and getting the absolute best out of your class. You will join their vision of high academic standards through enjoyable teaching and learning.

Barking and Dagenham is an outer London Borough to the east of the City on the north bank of the River Thames and within the M25 London Orbital Motorway. It is an ideal location, only 25 minutes from the shops, museums, theatres, concerts, art galleries, sightseeing and entertainment to be found in central London. Alternatively, only a few minutes drive from the countryside.
