Year 2 Teacher, Finchley

Location: KS1 Job Type: Year 2 Teacher

Reference

Working for this school has been a career changing opportunity, exciting, offers a creative curriculum and outstanding facilities. Since I joined the staff 4 years ago, I have been welcomed in to a team who are supportive, outgoing, dedicated to pupils learning and who want to make a difference in the classroom. Our children are motivated and want to learn; our staff are committed and dynamic; our parents are supportive and our governing body has a strategic vision for school improvement.

Whether you are an NQT seeking your first teaching step or an experienced teacher looking for the next career challenge, I can honestly say that you will not regret taking a role at our school. The department that you will join is strong and well led. We bounce off each other and work well together to ensure we offer a comprehensive learning platform. We have mixed ability classes, including children whom have English as a second language. The supportive TA structure ensures that we can plan the lessons well. We are seeking someone who is able to demonstrate success in raising standards and a commitment to continue best practice; a strong inspirational leader who will ensure each child achieves their full potential.

Proof that we are able to deliver for our students was given at our most recent OFSTED visit when they graded us "Outstanding". I am so proud of all my colleagues and the students at our school but we are trying to push for outstanding so need the same quality teacher
