We’re working with welcoming primary schools across Leeds and Wakefield looking for Year 1 Teachers to join their teams this September. These schools are searching for teachers who can create calm routines, build confidence, and make learning feel exciting from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

• Teaching a settled and well-supported Year 1 class
• Delivering engaging phonics and early learning lessons
• Building positive relationships with pupils and families
• Working alongside supportive KS1 teams
• Helping children settle confidently into school life

• Has knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and phonics

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
