Job description
I am working with a school based on the outskirts of Middlesbrough. The school are a single form entry and have the capacity to hold circa 190 pupils. They are due to have an OFSTED inspection, but are currently rated as "good" They have a very mixed team in terms of experience and they are looking for a Y6 Teacher to join their team after May half term. This will mean that this years SATs will have already been completed.
The successful candidate will be doing the full 360 degree role of the class teacher. This will include all planning and preparing lessons all marking, parents evening and end of year reports for next years cohort. The current class has 30 children and next years will be the same.
What the are looking for is an outstanding practitioner who has upper KS2 experience, preferably Y6 and with SATs experience, someone who has a track record of raising attainment would also be desired.
