Job description
A thriving primary school in Chesterfield are seeking a skilled teacher to join a great team in June or September. (See below). The school has strong partnerships with the community and 163 children currently on roll. The school has a team of enthusiastic, committed and caring staff who put children’s progress at the top of their agenda.

In partnership with the community our school promotes a friendly, positive ethos that values individuals, motivates and engages children to achieve their best.

The children need a teacher who

· Is enthusiastic about teaching and learning,

· Can identify individuals’ next steps and support them in making

fast progress

· Inspires children in varied learning activities

· Values children’s uniqueness

The school are seeking to appoint a dynamic, skilled teacher who is:

· Contribute to an exciting curriculum.

The post is for a Year 5 Class teacher and will commence on the 5th September 2016. Applications from both newly qualified and experienced teachers are welcomed. This post is initially temporary (to cover for staff absence which is expected to be 1 year but could end sooner).

If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
