Visual Arts Technician required- South London Borough of Bromley

Protocol Education are working with a flourishing and popular school situated in the Borough of Bromley to appoint a Visual Arts Technician. The school strives for excellence in all that they do, underpinned by their vision of education to understand the world and change it for the better. The school wishes to appoint a dedicated Visual Arts Technician based in Bromley to help support the Joint Heads of Art and Design and teachers in the delivery of effective lessons for all subjects within the Visual Arts faculty. You will help prepare equipment, resources and materials in advance of the start of visual arts lessons so they are properly resourced and contribute to ensuring lessons are positive learning experiences. We are looking for someone who has:
• A passion for the visual arts with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience of working in a school or similar environment
• A good standard of education
• Ability to relate well to students, parents, teachers and other professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
