Vice Principal - SENd School
Start 28th August 2017
Interim or Permanent

Protocol Education is proud to be working in partnership with an Ofsted Good' independent special educational needs school to recruit an outstanding Vice Principal to start in September 2017.


This Vice Principal position will be working for a forward thinking school who offer specialist education to a large cohort of young people with autism, physical and learning disabilities.


The school are looking for a Vice Principal who can make a real difference to their learner's experience and have genuine enthusiasm and commitment to raising standards and challenging the pupils to be the best they can.


As an experienced Senior Leader you will either currently hold a similar position or will be looking for this as the next step in your education career. Ideally you will hold an NPQSL or NPQH qualification; however, a relevant teaching qualification is a must.


You will be able to demonstrate a progressive and dynamic approach to Teaching and Learning, a passionate approach to raising standards and a commitment to achieving personalised, person centred learning.


A through understanding of safeguarding and the prevent agenda is a must, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a large workforce.


Based in Nottingham, the school are open to applications from candidates across the UK looking for either a freelance / interim post or a permanent move.
