Unqualified Nursery Practitioner – Chelmsford

Are you an experienced Nursery Practitioner looking to join a warm, welcoming, and Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ setting in Chelmsford? We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join a dedicated early years team.

The Role:

• Support the learning and development of children in a nurturing environment
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive setting
• Work on a flexible basis to suit your availability

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential
