We here at Protocol Education are looking for experienced or unqualified early years support to join our team and to be working within our large Bristol client base. We have lots of nursery settings seeking daily / long term support within a range of hours which can be made flexible to your life.

Attributes required:

-Have energy and passion for young children and their families with a commitment to working with them to improve better outcomes for children and families
-Are always ready for a challenge, happy to come across obstacles and use their own initiative to overcome them
-Ability to build respectful relationships with children, families the team and community, doing this through interpersonal skills
-The power of an inquisitive mind and be someone who enjoys learning something new everyday
-Customise play, incorporate in children's imagination being adaptable to different levels of play, whether this being a pirate in a pool of water / a badger running through the sand. You must be able to adapt your level of play to be involved with the children's own idea of FUN!
