Job description
We are currently working with a lovely Primary school in Bracknell to find a Year one Teacher for initially a two term cover starting in January.
The school is a friendly and well resourced three form entry, so there will be shared planning and preparation as well as a strong early years leader to support. The school maintains a nurturing and inspiring learning community where every child, regardless of their background, can flourish as a unique individual.
They are keen to raise standards in all areas and are developing an exciting new curriculum, made up of cross-curricular topics, which encourage experiential, hands-on learning and which are underpinned by high quality English and Maths.
Alongside their academic work, they aim to help children develop in all areas and are looking for a Teacher who will be able to work as part of the team to uphold the schools ethos building a foundation for the children where respect, resilience and responsibility is partnered with Thoughtfulness, team work and Creativity.
They require a teacher who holds QTS who ideally has experience working in a similar year group, however they are open to NQT's as well as those with a different year group specialism.
