This Outstanding Ofsted graded Academy is looking for a experienced Tutor to run KS3-5 Intervention and in charge of marking, planning and updated on students' progress. This is an opportunity to join a fantastic school and really assist and push on the progress of pupils. You will be a part of a friendly and inclusive school with high expectations for every student.

We are looking for a candidate who;

·would like to support students who are below track in core subjects so that they can fully access the curriculum
·will support students to improve their communicative ability in speaking, listening, reading and writing
·will support students so that they are given the best opportunity to excel academically and socially
·feels comfortable liaising closely with the English department to help identify where interventions are required
·is a friendly, positive and open disposition

You must;

·Be a Teacher in the subject/phase OR be an experienced Teaching Assistant or hold a degree level qualification in a relevant subject
·Have a minimum of six months tutoring or teaching / intervention /SEND experience with excellent references
·Be committed, pre tutoring meeting, planning, reporting, in it for the duration

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
