A school in Lincoln is looking for a tutor to support Key stage one.
As part of the catch-up plan for Schools, the National Tutoring Programme was introduced by the Government to help engage those pupils who have been disadvantaged due to lockdowns and school closures. Protocol Education has been chosen for the second academic year running as an NTP approved partner.
We are currently looking for tutors to support Primary School students in the core subjects, Maths, English and Science.
The candidate will be able to effectively plan and deliver hourly tuition sessions to a range of 1:1 up to 1:6 and reflect on each lesson to accommodate for their academic needs.
We are looking for a qualified Teacher, HLTA or an experienced tutor who has current national curriculum knowledge and has the ability to improve pupils’ academic level to meet standards. The candidate will work under the direction of the Class Teachers and Senior Leaders, to provide outstanding support to students.
The pay rate is £20-£35 per hour dependant on experience, via PAYE scheme
Once registered with us, our NTP team will talk you through the next steps, including completing the relevant modules to provide NTP tuition and ensure we have you working within our local school.

• Reference information for the last five years & QTS Qualification
• Degree or 6 months HLTA experience
• UK eligibility to work, an enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to have one undertaken at the cost of £40.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
