Assistant Manager

North Finchley, Tuition Centre 

Salary from £25,000 + benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for education and helping children to reach their full potential.

Who we are looking for:

  • A great ambassador and someone with a real passion for learning
  • A degree graduate with strong GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Someone with recent experience of working in an education setting, and ideally with primary aged children
  • A team player who can organise, manage, take direction and prioritise

What the role involves:

  • Tutoring – along with all team members, the Assistant Manager will play an active role in the delivery of tuition through a blend of technology-based learning and tutor/pupil interactions
  • Customer Service – a significant part of your role will be ensuring parents are provided with the time and information they need to ensure their child’s learning needs are met. Building relationships with parents will be a critical and enjoyable part of the role.
  • Membership Generation – through various marketing and PR activities, you will be involved in raising local awareness of the North Finchley inTuition Club in order to gain new members 
  • Management – you will be involved in the day to day running of the club, including managing a team of tutors under the guidance of the club manager
