Protocol Education are recruiting for staff to carry out Tuition and Booster roles in Barking and Dagenham , Redbridge and Newham Primary Schools.

When schools re-open, they will need immediate support with tuition. Protocol Education will be there to support schools and those that wish to work in Primary education, that's why we are looking for applicants now to ensure we are ready and prepared..

Do you have good subject knowledge in Maths and English? Do you have experience supporting children in phonics? Would you like to work with children to help raise attainment? We want to hear from tutors, Maths, English and Science graduates with some childcare experience, as well as teachers and teaching assistants who are interested in carrying out Tuition and Booster sessions.

The role;
You will be working to increase pupil's attainment in line with school expectations. You may be working one to one or with small groups with children of all primary ages, levels and abilities. You may work with pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds or who have special needs and so will need to use different strategies to help different pupils learn. You will work closely with other school staff and teachers, working in line and supporting the existing teaching, tracking and reviewing progress throughout.

Suitable applicants;
Will have strong subject knowledge in Maths or English
Have experience working with primary aged pupils
Be committed to raising attainment and increasing progress for all pupils
Be able to offer fun, engaging booster sessions
First Aid Trained
