Do you have expereince working with children who have been through trauma?

Since Covid-19, a lot of children are suffering with their mental well-being. We are looking for a Trauma Specialist who can help!

This positoin is to start in September 2021, working 5 days a week *normal school hours 8:30-4pm*

• Providing behaviour support to students and acting as a role model for them
• Supporting students and helping them to rebuild confidence and get back into a routine of attending school
• Emotionally support students and noticing behavioural changes
• Carrying out regular assessments and reports
• Supporting during lessons, following instructions from the teaching staff and SENCO
• Delivering targeted interventions to groups of students about positive and appropriate behaviour
• Building a strong rapport with students and offering them continued and consistent support
