Job description
Job Title: Trainee Teacher (Paid)
Start Date: September 2017

Salary: Up to £30K tax free

Have you always wanted to be a teacher? Are you in a school and looking to take the next step and gain QTS? Do you want to train in a school that gives you full and comprehensive training in both subject matter and classroom delivery? If you answered yes then this may be the job for you.....

I am working with this large teacher training school to recruit graduates looking to get into teaching. In particular this school is looking for trainee teachers in Maths. If you have a Maths degree you will be particularly sought after. If you have another degree and want to teach Maths please get in touch today because training can be offered for those willing and able in Maths. Other subjects may be available.

You will receive a tax free bursary of up to £30K and the benefit of an OFSTED graded outstanding' teacher training programme with regular classroom based learning alongside practical classroom based work. You will also get the support of dedicated mentors and tutors who want you to fulfil your potential and become an outstanding teacher. At the end of the course you will have QTS and be on the fast track to promotion!

During your training year you will undertake two placements in contrasting schools. You will be released one day a week for CPD sessions designed to mould you into the best teacher you can be. During this year you will be earning constantly and have constant and regular support to tackle any challenges or issues.
