Job description
Protocol Education are recruiting on behalf of a school and residential unit across the Bracknell and Reading area. The school are searching for therapeutic residential workers for their residential settings. The role is 150 hours per month - shift patterns are typically 3pm to 11pm or 10am to 11pm (plus sleep-in shifts). You must have some experience working with children or young adults. Experience with social and emotional or mental health disorders would be a huge advantage.

You would join a team offering therapeutic residential care for males aged between 11-18 years who have difficulties related to attachment and developmental trauma, and who have perpetrated sexually harmful behaviour.

They are looking for hard-working and proactive individuals who are emotionally stable and physically able to take on this role. Personality and attitude is as important as similar experience.
