Job description
Protocol Education are recruiting on behalf of residential units across the Bracknell and Reading area. The school are searching for therapeutic residential workers for their residential settings. The role is 150 hours per month - shift patterns are typically 3pm to 11pm or 10am to 11pm (plus sleep-in shifts). You must have some experience working with children or adults with special needs or mental health disorders.

You would join a team offering therapeutic residential care for males aged between 11-18 years who have difficulties related to attachment and developmental trauma, and who have perpetrated sexually harmful behaviour.

They are looking for hard-working and proactive individuals who are emotionally stable and physically able to take on this role. Personality and attitude is as important as similar experience.
