Job description
A SEND school in North Bristol are looking for Team Teach trained, or equivalent, candidates to work with them on a long-term basis. This is a role ideal for candidates who have had previous experience and want to advance in their careers or want a slight change in direction and want a challenge. The opportunity allows preparation for a career in education.

The school have a unique approach to education as wherever a pupil is educated they will deliver a relevant, individualised and meaningful curriculum set within a context informed by an approach known as PACE. This comprises four personal qualities (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy) which enable adults to support each child/young person to develop their self-awareness, emotional intelligence, emotional regulation and their resilience.

Essential Criteria for this role:
•Team Teach, or equivalent, training
•Relevant SEND experience
•Must be available 5 days a week as it is a full-time role
•Have patience, resilience and a hands-on approach in the classroom
