Job description
Team Teach Trained TAs in Birmingham £55 - £65 per day
Are you a team teach trained TA living in the Birmingham area? Protocol Education is recruiting for jobs in Birmingham West Midlands area for Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistants.
The jobs in Birmingham requires the team teach trained TA to work with Primary and Secondary School aged pupils that have EBD and SEMH difficulties. It would be useful for applicants to have experience of working in settings dealing with behaviour management.
In these jobs it will also be useful for applicants to have a background in sports or the physical education field, where sports can be used to defuse challenging behaviour.
The Team Teach TA must be able to reinforce the values of the schools they are working in by demonstrating firm but fair authority in the learning environment and throughout the school.
Daily cover; and long term positions that may become permanent are available.
The ideal applicant for this job will have:
·Team Teach Training ( which is in date)
·Have experience of working with EBD and SEMH primary pupils
·Have a background in sports or physical education
·Has the ability to effectively manage challenging behaviour
·Be available to work between 3 - 5 days per week
