Job description
Protocol Education are working closely with a large SEND school that is currently seeking a team teach trained member of staff to support across their school.
The role would involve working across a range of classes supporting highlighted students that have a history of presenting behavioural issues.
You would need to have experience working with students with Social Emotional and Mental Health issues as well as a good understanding of Autism.

Your duties will include;
Classroom support
One to one tutoring/ Interventions in all subjects
Managing challenging behaviour
Supporting and Engaging the student in achieveing education related goals
Creating achievable goals for students
Developing relationships and an understanding of the overall student
Emotional support
Please note this role may also include elements of personal care.

You MUST have experience supporting learners with both physical and mental health needs.
