Job description
A FE College in Frome are looking for a Team Leader to join their great team. A Team Leader manages and leads a team of employees. They communicate safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including training, and keeps management updated on team performance.

The role will have a working pattern of 90 hours across two weeks including a mix of early and late shifts and one shift every other weekend.

The college supports and accommodates pupils with ASD. It is a residential college therefore pupils stay on the weekends. This college places emphasis on personality and attitude towards the role therefore you must have the correct approach towards working in education. They notice skills that can be transferrable and used in the setting when working with them, they are very open minded and is great to work for. There is a great career ladder to work up as their CEO started as a support worker as well as their Head of Education.

Essential Criteria:
•Team Leader/ HLTA experience
•The ability to positively manage a team
•Have an approachable and friendly personality

Highly Desirable Criteria:
•Level 5 in management
•Experience working with SEND
•Experience working in an educational setting
