Teaching Support Assistant KS1/KS2

Hours: 33.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Actual Salary Range:  £17,990 - £18,316

The school is a 3 form entry school, set within extensive grounds and has excellent facilities. It serves a diverse cultural and linguistic community. The whole school including our 2-year-old provision has been judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted. They provide a welcoming atmosphere for our pupils, parents and families and have a friendly, happy and hardworking staff. 

We are looking for a Teaching Support Assistant to work in our fantastic, well-equipped school.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • Enthusiasm about children and their learning,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness and ability to support all our children in order to progress their learning within various settings, such as one: one, small groups and classroom.
  • ·Flexibility and a desire to work collaboratively with class teachers and the Inclusion Team in the delivery of the national curriculum.
  • Knowledge and skills in working with children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
