Teaching Partners (EYFS / KS1)
Protocol Education are currently looking to bolster their Teaching and Learning Support staff in and around the Gloucestershire area. If you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent gradudate looking to get into the classroom or a newly qualified teaching assistant after your first role please get in touch!
We are currently looking for 2 Teaching Partners:
Role 1: EYFS Teaching Partner - 8.30am-3.00pm Thursday and Friday
Role 2: KS1 Teaching Partner - 8.30am-3.00pm Monday to Friday
We are looking for someone who:
- Can form positive and caring relationships with all children and work effectively as a member of a strong team
- Motivates our young children to be increasingly independent and confident as they learn and grow
- Shows initiative and the ability to be spontaneous
- Enjoys planning and leading creative learning opportunities
- Has a passion for the outside classroom and knowledge of Forest School learning
- Is confident with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework/National Curriculum and assessment procedures
- Is a good team player who is willing to contribute to the ethos and wider community of the school
- Possess' excellent subject knowledge of early phonics, reading, writing and numeracy
- Has energy and enthusiasm
- Shares our commitment to high quality CPD
- Would be willing to support children at lunchtimes in the role as MDSA, if required.
