Job description

In the Borough of Telford, Protocol is working exclusively with an Primary School situated in a pleasant and quiet environment. They have plenty of green space and play areas for their children to run around and enjoy. The school serves a community rich in cultural, ethnic, religious, linguistic and social diversity.

Together, we are on the hunt for an experienced Special Educational Needs support worker with a vast amount of experience. This role will start in February and will continue throughout the rest of the academic year. Working Monday through to Friday, 8.15am - 4 pm

To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you must be:

oAn experienced support worked with children with SEN.
oHave at least 1 year supporting a child with Autism.
oYou must be able to prepare resources and deliver the support at an outstanding level.
oAn excellent practitioner who is dedicated to raising the attainment of all pupils.
oAble to promote equal opportunities in the classroom.
oEquipped with excellent behaviour and classroom management.
oAble to think and plan strategically.
oAble to support at a consistently good and outstanding level.
oEquipped with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and pupils.
