Job description
I am working with a school in the London Borough of Barnet who are looking for someone to work 1:1 with a Reception child who has Autism and challenging behaviour. This Ofsted rated Outstanding school are looking for someone to join their team ASAP who can help them maintain their excellent academic results.

This vibrant and high-achieving school are looking for someone who has experienced working with children with Autism and challenging behaviour in a classroom setting. You should have experience of delivering programmes tailored around the needs of learners with a ASD profile. You must also be Team Teach trained.

Candidates must also:
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Able to use their initiative
- Implement daily Occupational Therapy and Speech & Language programmes
- Strong Autism experience
- Be Team Teach trained
