Job description
Protocol Education are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistant's, Level 2, Level 3 or Degree Qualified to work in our client schools and nurseries across the Shropshire and surrounding areas

We are looking to recruit Teaching Assistant's to work in schools and nurseries on a day-to-day basis providing support to the whole class, with opportunities for 1:1 support also. There is also the opportunity for long-term (part-time or full-time) and permanent positions in schools and nurseries.

TA's are expected to be dedicated and have high expectations who can motivate and inspire children ensuring learning is fun. In return, you will be working in schools that provide a safe and caring environment for its pupils and also a supportive environment for yourself.

We are looking to appoint someone who can/ will:
*Liaise with a range of children and staff, planning and implementing a high standard of support with an aim of early prevention and raising attainment
*Offers support and advice working within agreed policies, protocols and procedure
*Support implementation, delivery and assessment of current and new initiatives
*Maintain a high level of safeguarding procedures and confidentiality at all times
*Report and maintain records
