Job description
Calling All Behaviour Support Specialists

Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?

We have opportunities in Shropshire for recruit Behaviour Specialists who are experienced or interested in SEMH,

The schools all provide an extremely supportive and friendly environment to work within and this is an exciting role for the right candidate. We are particularly keen to hear from those with a sports, psychology or social work background and available for a minimum of three days a week!
We are especially interested in CALM or TEAM TEACH qualified candidates
Those candidates who can demonstrate experience in challenging environments are especially encouraged to apply.

Suitable candidates must possess:
-Relevant Qualifications (Applications welcome from NQTs)
-Proven teaching experience
-Strong classroom management skills in line with school behaviour policy
-A professional manner
-Strong interpersonal and organisations skills
