Job description
Teaching Assistant –Level 3

My client is looking to appoint an experienced level 3 teaching assistant to help push on pupil progress working along side the year 3 class teacher.

Experience of working independently in a 1:1 or group setting is essential as well as having experience observing pupils and monitoring progress so that appropriate feedback can be given to the class teacher

Applicants will need to demonstrate a real interest in education, enthusiasm, creativity, confidence and a drive to develop and grow in the role. Prior experience in a Primary setting is mandatory.

The role of a Teaching Assistant includes:

+Assisting the main class teacher during the course of the day

+Reading and writing with small groups of children

+Working one to one with specific children

+Creating wall displays

+Lunch time duties

+Providing a fun environment for children to learn
