Teaching Assistants - Daily Supply & Long-Term

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both academically and socially. Working closely with teachers, you'll help create a positive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Duties may include:

• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Working with individual pupils and small intervention groups
• Assisting children with additional learning needs
• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil participation
• Supporting classroom routines and preparing learning resources

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• Be positive, proactive and eager to learn
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
