Job description
I am currently working with an 'Outstanding' School in Hillingdon who are looking for experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to join their team ASAP.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a school where your creativity and passion for working with children with SEND will be cultivated and most importantly appreciated. They are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants who have a specialism working with children with ASD, as part of your role you will be working closely with the SENCO and the rest of the SEND team to support children across the school, mainly based within the Early years team.
It is therefore essential that you come to the role with experience in and the abilitiy to call upon a range of strategies to work with children who have Autistic Spectrum Disorder both verbal and non-verbal. This may involve targeted interventions or working in groups or 1:1 to enhance learning and development.
