I am working with a one-form entry primary school located in a community that is culturally diverse; the school population consists of 23 different ethnicities and benefits from 22 languages spoken by pupils at our school.

They are seeking dynamic, committed and enthusiastic teaching assistants to join their highly motivated team. You will work closely with the other staff members to ensure high quality learning for all children. They are an excellent school happy and excellent community school with the highest expectations and aspirations for all their pupils. Dedicated teaching and support staff enable every child to excel and explore their passions through broad, balanced and rich learning opportunities

I am looking for someone who:
- Shows enthusiasm and creativity and a good communicator
- Is innovative, inspirational and an excellent classroom practitioner
- Puts creativity and excitement at the forefront of everything they do
- Understands the importance of nurturing children to support them in achieving their best
- Is friendly and approachable with a passion for teaching and learning
- Can use their passion and commitment to make a real difference for children in our school
- Some experience of working with children preferred.
- Have at least 5 GCSEs grades A-C including Maths and English.
- Has a Level 2/3 Childcare Qualification
