Protocol Education are proud to be supporting a school in Durham with a role to start Monday 12th April and will be until July 2021 with the potential to be extended after the summer holidays. The role will be full time 5 days per week 8:30am till 3:30pm with a 30 minute break.

The role will be working with a child in Year 5 with SEMH and other SENd needs. The student will need support to bridge gaps in learning.
You will need to have prior experience of working with children with SENd needs and will need to have a kind and encouraging nature .

The Head Teacher is very supportive and is looking for a team member who is hard working and passionate about making a difference to a students education despite any barriers to learning.

Have experience working in a Primary School setting
• Be a team player with a flexible approach to teaching
• Be confident working in groups and also 1:1 with children
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to make a positive contribution to the school as a whole
