Protocol Education is seeking committed, reliable, passionate, proactive Teaching Assistants in Wandsworth and Lambeth to work in our Special needs school for the rest of 2019/20 academic year for primary and secondary pupils.

Our school is good at providing and meeting the diverse and individual needs of their pupils who have special needs and severe learning difficulties such as visual impairment (VI) and complex needs.

Candidates will need to be resilient, able to build relationships and manage challenging behaviour.

We are looking for people that are passionate about working with students with special educational needs. Even though experience is important, but not a must. If successful, you will be required to support the teacher in class, work in small groups and work one-to-one.

Successful Candidates Must Have:

•Past relevant experience of working in a childcare/ support working setting.
•A passion for working in SEN
•The ability to work effectively as part of a team, and individually.
•A valid DBS or on the update system
