Job description
Level 3 Teaching Assistant required for Mainstream Primary Schools in Sunderland

Protocol Education is working with various primary schools in the Sunderland area that are looking for Level 3 Teaching Assistants to start in September 2017.

You will demonstrate a professional approach and be able to take the initiative and work effectively with permanent staff and have the aptitude to form good relationships and be able to communicate effectively with parents and other professionals.

Responsibilities:
* Work across KS1 in various classrooms as required
* Intervention groups - literacy, numeracy and reading activities
* Support children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis as directed by the class teacher
* General TA duties including creating displays, tidying up and playground duties

Job Highlights:
* Fulltime, Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
* KS1 - Work across year 1 and 2
* Intervention groups - work independently to support children with their academics
