The Role:

We are recruiting Teaching Assistants for long-term positions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Roles may involve general classroom support or working 1:1 with pupils who require additional assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the class teacher with daily learning activities
• Working with small groups or individual pupils
• Assisting children with additional needs (including SEN)
• Helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment
• Supporting behaviour management and pupil wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (school experience preferred)
• A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA) are desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
