We are looking for passionate, reliable and experienced education professionals who can provide high-quality support to pupils and make a positive difference in the classroom.

About the Role

Depending on your experience, you could be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4.

Your role may include:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support
• Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
• Working with pupils with Autism, ADHD and communication needs
• Supporting social, emotional and behavioural development
• Assisting with literacy, numeracy and classroom activities
• Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour
• Supporting pupils to access the curriculum
• Working closely with teachers and other support staff

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months' relevant UK experience working with children or young people in an education or support setting
• Previous Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, LSA or similar experience
• SEND experience is highly desirable for SEN TA opportunities
• A patient, caring and resilient approach
• Strong communication and classroom support skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
