About the Role

Depending on the school and your experience, you may be supporting pupils through:

• 1:1 and small-group learning support.
• Classroom activities and lesson preparation.
• Support with literacy, numeracy and the wider curriculum.
• SEND support, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD and other additional needs.
• Positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Development of pupils' confidence, communication and independence.
• Creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and the wider school team.

You should be patient, caring, reliable and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
