Job description

We are currently looking for committed resilient hard working and highly-motivated Higher Level LSA. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the aims, values and ethos of work within a PRU, or has strong relevant experiences with EBD/SEMH pupils and a proven track record of delivering excellent service outcomes in a relevant area.

The School is Based in Enfield its in a EBS from KS1-KS3.

The school provides opportunities to develop an increased understanding of the students relationships with others and the world around them. As an all-through specialist provision for pupils aged 7-16 with social, emotional, mental health needs (SEMH), we provide personalised learning within safe, nurturing and stimulating environments. We seek to unlock the potential in every child.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with students with special educational needs either in groups or providing targeted individual support.

Must have strong literacy & numeracy skills as well as a willingness to be flexible.
All successful candidates will be required to undergo safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS disclosure.
