Job description
Protocol Education are looking for LSAs & TAs that are looking to develop their experience and skills working with both primary and secondary students with special needs such as physical disabilities, autism and other complex needs.

As a leading provider within the education sector we are recruiting for a number of our outstanding special needs schools in the borough of Lambeth, South West London. If successful, you will be required to work with students both on a work one to one basis as well as leading small groups of students.

As a specialist LSA successful candidates will need the following skills and qualifications:

• Confident and open to working with a variety of special needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to differentiate work to support individual needs of children
• Subject to a disclosure barred service or currently registered to the updated service.
