You'll be joining a school that places children's wellbeing and academic progress at the centre of everything they do, working alongside experienced teachers to help every pupil succeed.

The Role

Position: Teaching Assistant

Contract: Part-Time or Full-Time

Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey (KT12)

‍ We're Looking For Someone Who:

✨ Has previous classroom or childcare experience

✨ Is enthusiastic about supporting children's learning

✨ Can work effectively as part of a collaborative team

✨ Has excellent behaviour management skills

✨ Is patient, adaptable, and reliable

✨ Can confidently support children across KS1 or KS2

✨ Has SEN experience or experience supporting pupils with additional needs, which would be a great bonus

✨ Has a child-centred approach to learning

Support teaching and learning across the classroom

Work with individual pupils and small intervention groups

Encourage confidence and independence

Support children with varying learning needs

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff

Help maintain an engaging learning environment
