Teaching Assistant - Reception Class
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with a child with behavioural needs in a mainstream primary school in Romford. This would be a classroom-based role whereby you would be supporting the pupil.
A knowledge of various positive behaviour technics or Team teach experience would be advantageous
The school are looking for a resilient and determined candidate who can work with the primary teacher, SENCo and other staff to ensure the child is making good progress.
The role:
- Monday to Friday

The candidate:
- Have fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- English and first language
- Be calm and consistent in their approach
- Ideally have previous behavioural needs experience
- Be supportive and encouraging to all pupils
