The Role:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis.
• Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and learning activities.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a supportive learning environment.
• Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and key skills.
• Supporting children with additional learning needs where required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, coaching, or similar setting.
• Is patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about education.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one.
