Job description
Teaching Assistants required in Walton On Thames

Protocol Education are seeking committed, reliable, passionate teaching assistants near Walton on Thames to work in a PRU school for the rest of the academic year.
The school strives to meet the diverse and individual needs of its pupils who have special education needs and display challenging behaviours.

It is fundamental that any candidate considering this position has prior experience working with students who have been referred from mainstream education . You will need to demonstrate an enthusiastic and caring attitude to work as you will be required to work in small groups or 1-1 with students.

The school are looking for individuals that are:

• Passionate about working in education
• Experienced working with children who display challenging behaviours
• Adaptable, and able to work in a challenging setting
• Interested in working in a different environment
• Committed, resilient and caring

If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00
