Job description
Protocol Education are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants and LSA Support workers to join a school based in the Wandsworth area who were graded outstanding in there most recent ofsted report of March this year!

Applicants should be:

• Committed to supporting the class and also on a one to one basis
• Able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills
• Has successful experience of working with children in the EYFS
• Demonstrates a willingness and desire to embrace continuing professional development opportunities
• Develops effective relationships with children and adults, including other professionals/parents/carers
• Works constructively as part of a departmental and whole college team
• Maintains confidentiality on all school matters
• Responds quickly to the changing needs of school life
• Is caring, friendly, approachable, open, inclusive, welcoming, proactive and personable
• Is someone who demonstrates dedication, patience, flexibility, humour, and enthusiasm
• Holds a NVQ Qualification in childcare or equivalent (desirable)

Long term and short term positions available but both are full time roles.
