Teaching Assistant – Level 3

Location: Birmingham
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

Please note: Applicants MUST hold an NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Applications without this qualification cannot be considered.

A friendly and well-run primary school in Birmingham is seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.

The role:

  • Supporting class teachers across the primary setting
  • Delivering one-to-one and small group support
  • Helping pupils access learning and stay engaged
  • Supporting classroom routines and positive behaviour

Essential requirements:

  • NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning (mandatory)
  • Experience working in a UK primary school
  • A calm, patient, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
