Job description
A special needs school based in Surbiton are currently looking for a learning support assistant (LSA) with experience supporting students from KS1 to KS2 with Autism (ASD). This is a small school with 6 classes in total, and each class supports on average 4-6 students. The school likes their staff to work closely with the students in either small groups or 1:1 so that they can gain a better understanding of the needs and abilities of the students. This is a great opportunity for anyone that has previously worked with ASD students and is looking for a change of environment.

The school was rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in 2016 and looking to increase in size, if you want to be part of outstanding, growing and improving school please apply.

We are looking for talented TA's and LSA's that are interested and passionate in working within the special educational needs and disabilities sector (SEND). Due to the nature of the environment it is essential that you can demonstrate a resilient and caring attitude.
